What happens during the 7-day free trial?
You get the full experience of your chosen plan — companion, plan, journal, everything — completely unlocked. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you won't be charged a thing.
What's the difference between Companion and Everything?
Companion gives you one matched companion (you can still switch if another feels like a better fit). Everything unlocks all four companions and the full feature set, with the freedom to move between them whenever you like.
What happens to my companion if I change my plan?
Your matched companion and all your conversation history stay with you regardless of which plan you are on — nothing about your relationship with Wayfind resets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no dark patterns. If you need to step away, you step away. Your data stays safe and can be exported at any time.
Is Wayfind a replacement for therapy?
No. Wayfind is a grief companion — it listens, reflects, and walks beside you. It is not clinical care, therapy, or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate distress, please call or text 988.
